 Just rewatching Confidential on iplayer and I noticed something - in the interviews David Tennant is in costume but he has black hair. Which points to an idea my sister had on Saturday - who says regeneration has to be a complete change of being, what if he just gets longer/darker hair, his eyes change, or his accent?
